Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Switzerland.

As a very small independent business, every order is prepared and packed individually with care. Please allow us 5 working days for us to prepare your order, followed by approximately 2 working days for delivery with Swiss Post.

This means that your order will usually arrive within approximately 7 working days from the time your order is placed.

Shipping options

Small & flat — CHF 3

For items that can be safely sent in a large letter envelope:

• Maximum weight: 1 kg

• Maximum size: 35.3 × 25 cm

• Maximum thickness: 2 cm

Parcel — CHF 9

For larger or more bulky items:

• Maximum weight: 2 kg

Shipping costs are added to your order total and displayed before payment.

Delivery address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply if you request that it be sent again.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to weekends, public holidays, postal delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been handed to Swiss Post, the delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep the packaging and send us clear photographs of the parcel and the item, together with your order number and a description of the issue.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, feel free to reach out to us if you are interested in buying from abroad, we might open our market soon :)
